Get Your Head Out of Your Party

I know that our show is an early morning show but today I want to open up the phones and get feedback, opinion and input from listeners. I mean we are the people and we are the ones that grant and give consent to the governed. We are not a government by our politicians, for our Washington DC. You need to know just how powerful you are.  You are not manipulated by special interests and big money unless you allow yourself to be so.  Extend this to the way we vote. Many people will vote for the Republican party candidate, even if they aren’t Constitutional conservatives because they don’t want the Democrat elected. Well if this is the way you think then we will never have representation that  supports the Constitution. So get your head out of your party and do the right thing!

Government is Your Plunderer

Our debt stands at 17 trillion. Which only proves that government is not your provider it is your plunderer! The 17 trillion figure doesn’t even consider the unfunded liabilities. Liabilities which we are obligated to honor but currently have not been funded. When you consider the unfunded liabilities the 17 trillion is more like 200 trillion. Does that figure boggle your mind as much as it does mine.  King Barry recently said in a speech at the University of New  York that the government will run out of money, meaning more and more costs will be shouldered by students and their families.  Now this may offend one or two of you, but the reality is that the costs should be shouldered by students and their families.  This is where the costs are supposed to be. Government is not your provider! They are your plunderer because since the government source of money is the people, if the government runs out of money that means that the people have run out of money! Which begs the larger question. Whose money do they think they’re spending?

Are You Kidding Me Rand Paul!

What is Rand Paul thinking. He needs some serious oxygen. He needs to be pulled aside given some Liberty First , first aid and resurrect his what appears to be any semblance of sensibility. What’s my beef with Rand Paul? This morning he came out and threw his support behind Mitch McConnell. Hence the title of this Podcast: “Are You Stinking Kidding Me Rand Paul?” Doesn’t’ he know that if he wants to run for President in 2016 that there is no way in blue blazes the Republican party will do to help him.  Cuddling up to Mitch McConnell, Rand will not help you? Mitch McConnell has promised the people that he will not fight to stop funding Obama Care. Mitch McConnell is a fascist, wicket and immoral parent and grandparent! This is the kind of garbage that Rand Paul thinks is worth endorsing. Listen for more rants and facts.

Electromagnetic Propoganda

Consider this. A group in Colorado has gotten together to form their own state because they’re fed up with the politicians in Denver ignoring their needs. This is good news. They’re speaking out and want to be heard! But, consider this. In Connecticut television viewers were so outrage by their cable going out that they called 911. This is a pretty good indicator of what is going on. When we’re more outraged by our loss of entertainment than we are by our loss of liberty something is not right. Maybe we need a massive dose EMP that takes out all electromagnetic propaganda to get people to pay attention! I’m just saying.

A Tale of Five Kings

Those who do not know their history are doomed to repeat its mistakes, so I share with you a tale of five kings so you can understand when Patrick Henry said; ” I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided and that is the lamp of experience. I know no way to judge the future but by the past”.”

There was king by the name of William who began his reign in 1066. King William was not from Great Britain, he was from Normandy.  He set himself up on the throne to fundamentally change Great  Britain . He didn’t like Great Britain because Great Britain , though similar to other kingdoms had one exception; common law. Common law that said there are common rules based on common standards, commonly applied throughout the kingdom. Common law constrained Kings. So William set out to fundamentally transform Great Britain and began to attack common law. First he decides to replace judges. He wants judges loyal to him and not common law. He wants to enforce his foreign law on the people. He starts chasing land owners off their land and handing their land over to his foreign Norman friends. Discover what King William the 1st did next and more.

The Gift of Liberty

Evil men will do what evil men will do. There’s no escape from this fact. Evil men have walked the earth from day 1 but the gift of liberty is truly a gift from God and when you embrace liberty as a gift from God then you will always have God by your side and you will walk without fear. In contrast those who have embraced the evil dictates of lies live in fear and they will find comfort snuggling up to other lairs. Take Florida’s self  proclaimed Constitutional conservative Marco Rubio. Marco Rubio has declared that he will not speak anywhere I am speaking. However, Marc Rubio doesn’t seem to have a problem standing with John McCain, Lindsey Graham, or Barack Obama. But there is more to this story.

A Republic, If You Can Keep It

republic-if-you-can-keep-it-smAll forms of society rely on the continuing moral obligation of the people within that society, which is why I believe Benjamin Franklin, when asked what type of government they created, he responded, “a Republic, if you can keep it.”    With socialism, you eventually run out of someone else’s money and the system collapses.  With stateless society, you eventually run out of someone else’s morality and the system devolves into utter chaos.  With a republic you eventually run out of people’s attentiveness and immorality reigns in government.

Thomas Paine said, “Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is, but a necessary evil; in its worse state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government, our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer.”

Paine is describing the very paradox of societies.  What happens without government will also occur with government; the same consequence, just with different actors.   The point that Paine was trying to make is that we hold fellowship with our fellow man as a blessing, so we desire to live in communities.  Small communities do well without much intervention of law, as people are bound by their closeness to respect each other’s liberty, act morally, and do not tread on their neighbor’s natural rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Right to defend these rights (Samuel Adams, Rights of man 1772) and are able to police themselves.  However, the larger communities become and/or the more detached man becomes from his neighbor, the less driven he will become by a personal obligation to morality.  When that occurs, the society will cry out for laws and as the society will begin to distrust his neighbor’s fair application of the laws, will elect government to enforce those laws.  Paine expounds:

“the reciprocal blessing of which, would supersede, and render the obligations of law and government unnecessary while they remained perfectly just to each other; but as nothing but heaven is impregnable to vice, it will unavoidably happen, that in proportion as they surmount the first difficulties of emigration which bound them together in a common cause, they will begin to relax their duty and attachment to each other; and this remissness, will point out the necessity, of establishing government to supply the defect of moral virtue.”

Perfect society is governed by morality; that circumstance exists when people “remain perfectly just to each other.”  The socialist societies believe that we will all operate in a just manner because we are “inherently good” people.  The stateless societies believe we will operate in a just manner because we can police ourselves as a “society” of “inherently moral” people.  With either of those systems there is no mechanism to compensate for the actual “inherently depraved” nature of man.  Which is why Paine points out that the people will then look to the enforcement of laws by a body of people, trusted to embody the morality of society.  Bottom line is this; government is the compensation for the immorality of man.  The more immoral man becomes in society, the more government is called for.  The more government we establish the less Liberty the people enjoy.  The less Liberty people enjoy the less government they want. Immorality is at the heart of these turbulent oscillations.

Our founders believed a Republic to be the most stable form of government as it is a blend of this “policing of the people” and a government to enforce the laws established by a moral society.  The Republic has lost its value when the PEOPLE no longer police the government.  The negligence of the people will allow them to then assume we have a “government problem” to avoid the personal responsibility of their actions.  Can there be a “government problem” that is not the result of a moral problem?  Not likely.  Therein lays the crux of the problem.  With the breakdown of the morality of the people, all society fails.  However, our founders believed the solution to our problem did not lie in the elimination of government, as Paine points out, societies naturally tend toward the establishment of government is some form eventually.  The solution lies with the restoration of morality in society.  Sam Adams warns:

“because we have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Difficulty is, as Paine points out, “nothing but heaven is impregnable to vice” and it appears have to suffer the “necessary evil” of government as long as we are a fallen world.  The question remains, how long will we suffer an intolerable one?

The Progressive Agenda

The media has been running cover for growing government tyranny for years. They used to serve a critical role acting as a watch dog and alerting the public when the government attempts to cover up wrongdoings or step outside their enumerated Constitutional boundaries. No more. Now they just run cover because they love Obama. They love King Barry. Case in point. Obama now wants to use Obama Care funding to implement pre-school and early education childcare. Before you conclude that this is a good thing, know this. The progressive principle is to get children into school earlier so that the government becomes their parents and so that they can teach our children to learn to love government. This has been the progressive goal since the early 1940’s! Don’t believe me. I’ll show you the timeline!

Trickle Down Tyranny & Immorality

The wretched stench of government tyranny that has set root at the federal level has infected state and local governments and has weakened the will of our state and local representatives and we are losing power and control over our local neighborhoods!  For example, recently the Federal Government issued a press release denouncing the enemies of Islam, declaring that the enemies of Islam are the enemies of the United States! Have you ever heard them do the same for Christianity? And now……….the Florida virtual school system now has a section that claims that Islamist terrorists are only suffering from low self esteem looking for a place to fit in.  They go on to say that the reason for their low self-esteem is because Christians make them feel bad about themselves. John Adams warned us about things like this.
