Is Trump Restoring State Power?

The domestic enemy our framers were most concerned about was the federal government. They identified the state legislatures as critical guardians of the peoples liberty. When states fail to stand up to  the federal bully, law abiding citizens such as Shane Cox and Jeremy Kettler in Kansas become victims.

Civil Asset Forfeiture

Seizing property without due process. Does this sound like something that anyone in their right mind should accept as a legitimate function of government? Maybe a tyrannical government, but certainly not a government built in the principles of liberty as ours is. Yet this is exactly what we have.

Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature. Samuel Adams.

One Congressman at a Time

How do you we restore liberty? One Congressman at a time – Imagine what our country would be like if we actually had a Congress that upheld their oath of office. Congressman such as the selfish and wicked one heard in today’s show.
Thomas Paine describes this Congressman to a “T.” Who is it? Listen and see! And maybe if we start calling them for who they are we won’t vote them in again? Hope springs eternal

The Government is Force Not Love

The only way liberty will grow and be restored in America is if we make it a point to shed our self righteousness, our propensity to segregate ourselves and divide ourselves along party, gender, or race. If we fail to resist the distraction of division that we’re constantly confronted with every single day we will never have the space within ourselves that is necessary for the seed of liberty to take root and grow. If we do not, then we will will become the destruction of America. The answer to this is love, because liberty is love and that is why liberty is a blessing.

Teaching Slavery in the Classroom

Time for a little history on our educational system. We need this history because once we understand the roots of our modern system, it will become clear why we have division on all levels in our society. We start with three men; Wilhelm Wundt, Edward Lee Thorndike and John Dewey.

These three men largely believed children to be simple vessels of stimulus and response. Their beliefs were to later form the basis of the General Education Board, which was incorporated by Congress in 1902. The General Education board was endowed by John D. Rockefeller Sr as a means for experimenting with and implementing systems proposed by Dewey, Thorndike and Wundt. Take this lesson with you to your next parent/teachers conference.

The American King

Yesterday was President’s Day. Not Kings day. The Constitution is very specific about the duties and power of the President because our founders primary concern (based on the light of the lamp of history) was creating an executive branch without creating a kingdom! Today we review history to discover exactly why we have a President and not a King.

How Slavery Ended in America

Last night the first instance of my State Sovereignty class aired on C-SPAN2 and the topic for today’s show is driven by a question from Rochelle, who was inspired by the class. So how did the Constitution end slavery? Listen and share this lesson with all of those who want to divide us so they might understand how we are united by liberty.

Pulling Back the Curtain in DC

It’s official Gorsuch has been nominated to replace Scalia on the SCOTUS. The opposition of course is is railing against Gorsuch claiming that he’s not impartial enough, but let me ask you a question. Are we talking about the same impartiality we see from justice Ginsberg? Or the same impartiality we see from justice justice Kagan? Here’s a tip for all our sagacious and wise lawmakers. Why don’t we evaluate Gorsuch not based on his personal views, but on his views on the Constitution. On his Constitutional principles – not his personality. How refreshing would that be?

Abuse of Power in the Classroom

America is dying from an acute case of Constitutional ignorance. We will never restore liberty and put the government back into their limited and defined box as long as this constitutional ignorance is allowed to exist. We must all become the antithesis to the Marxist, Progressive cultural and educational agenda. It’s the only way, because without cultural change, nothing will change. It’s the only way to break free from the tyranny of the two party duopoly and it’s the only way to pull the pulpit from underneath misinformed professors who feel it’s their calling to indoctrinate, rather than to educate our children.

Countering the Judicial Supremacists

Though the title of this show refers to judicial supremacy, the opening segment demonstrates how our liberty is being lost because we have an educational factory that is unable to produce students who know who won the war between the states! Yet can tell you in a NY minute the names of TV actors. Really? But the universally ignorant and debauched is not limited to under educated college students, but it would seem as if there are some so called legal scholars who have a weak understanding of the Constitution as well. Courts issue opinions, not rulings!
