KrisAnne Hall earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from
Blackburn College and her Juris Doctor from the University of
Florida College of Law.
She served in the United States Army as a military intelligence
Russian linguist before entering the legal profession. She later
served as a prosecutor for the State of Florida for nearly a decade.
KrisAnne subsequently worked with a national First Amendment law
firm, traveling the country in matters involving Americans whose
constitutional rights were alleged to have been violated through
unlawful arrests and prosecutions.
Over time, constitutional litigation increasingly became
constitutional education.
She began traveling extensively to teach the history and principles
behind American constitutional government—moving beyond a merely
procedural description of government to examine the historical
struggles that produced limits on governmental power.
Today that work includes public teaching, college instruction,
books, documentaries, legal education, online curriculum, articles,
broadcasts, and the educational work of Liberty First Society.
