Tampa Bay has been daily subjected to the doomsday proclamations of bodies in the streets from Queen Castor and Kimmie Commie Overman. Oh the children! The children! We must save the children! Fear has gripped many parents, while other parents have been outraged that their choice has been ripped away by dictates from the county overlords.

Much has been made of the massive numbers of students who have to be quarantined to protect them from certain death. They absolutely CANNOT come to school. Such congregating would be fatal. But wait, the quarantined students CAN congregate at the new Daytime Clubhouse.

That’s right. Just like the magic of restaurant tables, the city clubhouse apparently makes one immune! Gather at school? Nope. That’s deadly and irresponsible.

More to the point mass quarantine from school provides great optics for pandemic-peddling grandstanders. They have to make Florida the Epicenter of Doom so that Desantis can be smeared in the media. CNN was quick to cover the quarantines. Do you think they’ll cover the magical, Daytime Clubhouse? Don’t hold your breath. The one thing that has been consistent during this crisis has been hypocrisy, and there is no shortage of that in Blue Tampa or Blue Media.

So Let Me Get This Straight…

So let me get this straight, the current illegitimate government that dictates masks while walking alone and ‘vaccines’ with side effects ranging from slow death to quick death requires businesses to enforce them?

Can this honestly be the regime’s strategy? Are you kidding me? Will these Communists never learn?

Here’s what I really want to know: Where are the creative Communists? Must everything they demand be coercive and at the point of a gun? Their utter lack of any creativity in their planning is staggering. I mean, geeze. Have they no sophistication in their plans at all?

In their latest scheme to gain total control of the planet, they have unleashed a genetically engineered virus (the science people call it “Gain of Function”) forcing untold misery and economic destruction to the planet.

And, as we now see, it appears this was merely one step in a larger process. Now they want to control the movement and actions of every individual on the planet by forcing employers and businesses that are open to the public to enforce their psychopathy for them. Businesses are now issuing edicts to their employees that they must have received the injection in order to keep their job.

History, both recent and not-so-recent, tells us that these fools (i.e. Communists) have two fatal flaws:

The first flaw in the thinking of the best minds that Communism has to offer is their utter non-comprehension of an individual’s desire to act in his own self-interest. The poor Communist can’t conceive of the individual and only can think in terms of quantifiable interest groups. Further, in the Communist’s child-brain, he believes that everyone else is just as good an automaton as he is. He believes that Authority will take care of him and champion his pet cause and that ‘when we get rid of these ‘wrong-thinkers’ the World will be perfect’ (This from the people who claim to know what the proper temperature of an entire planet should be).

Little does this child-brain suspect that the monster they create will never be satisfied and will eventually turn on him. Question: Was Dr. Frankenstein a communist? All indications point to yes…

The Communists’ second flaw is that they can’t get their child-minds around the fact that businesses are an extension of the individual; they are the commercial expression of the individual who started the business. Business is capitalism’s art. (Don’t mention that to the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, of course).

But this is utter nonsense to the communist man-child. Instead, he thinks businesses are status quo agencies that have always existed like the moon and the sun whose only purpose is to provide him a crappy barista job and the ability to buy violence-free “Beyond Meat” hamburgers made from free range ferns and dandelions.

But the good news is embedded in the bad news! Communists are stupid, all of them and without exception. Advantage Liberty.

I mean, really: have you ever spoken to an avowed Communist and then thought, “you know, this guy makes a damn good point…”

Nope.

Unfortunately, Communism is a disease of the mind and, let me tell you, the mind is radically averse to calling itself sick. We are all justification machines. Just ask Pol Pot or James, “A Higher Loyalty,” Comey. Because of this, there is no convincing the Che-Guevara-adoring, hipster communist of his wrong-headedness. It will not be until the monster finally turns to devour him that perhaps he may see and truly understand the evil he has wrought.

So what is a Liberty-minded citizenry to do when faced with the dangerous stupidity of children in power? Freedom will always find a way. And our fight today is no exception.

In quite short order, in just one day, I received notification that there now exists at least TWO new job boards where employers, who DO NOT require a suicide pact with their employees, may post job openings within their companies.

In a country where so many businesses can’t fill positions because of a litany of stupid government policies, I predict that these companies will be absolutely inundated with a veritable tsunami of applications (Thanks Global Warming!) for those positions.

Why? Because there are, by any count, more of us than there are of them. Just make sure you don’t ask Dominion/The Chinese to do the tally!

Interspersed among all the bad news are indications that the citizenry is getting its second wind in the fight, we are well down the road of the “long train of abuses” and need no further evidence of the Evil we face. We are now taking the fight to the enemy and we WILL prevail. Our victory has never been in doubt.

FBI: No Coordinated Attack on Capitol

According to a Reuters article published August 20th, “the FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot.” Speaking to former and current law enforcement officials, journalists have learned that most of the cases were “one-offs,” Apparenly most incidents were just ticked-off individuals who got caught up in the frenzy of the crowd. Despite this “scant evidence,” the FBI has arrested nearly 600 people and are reportedly treating them like Gitmo terrorists.

The Reuters article also suggests that Congress has been throughly briefed by the FBI, so members should be fully aware of the scant evidence. This hasnt slowed the Democrat narrative. The corporate media, the DNC’s public relations arm, continues to forward the DNC talking points that Trump and his supporters carried out a plot to overthrow the goverment, coronate Donald Trump king of the galaxy and sexually assault AOC along the way.

Interestingly, the article characterizes the January 6th event as the most “violent attack on the Capitol since the War of 1812.” This is a refernce to the 26-hour siege by 4,500 British troops during which the Capitol, the White House, the War Department and other federal buildings were set ablaze.

Aside from the apparent tresspasing, vandalism and hotheads brawling with riot police, the only death officialy connected to violence and not to natural causes was that of Ashli Babbitt. The unarmed Babbitt was shot for climbing through a broken window, amidst the frenzy. Allegedly 138 officers were “injured” on January 6th. From reports those seem to be minor injuries.

Much more significant violence has happened at the Capitol since 1812. Perhaps, Mark Hosenball and Sarah N. Lynch lost their internet connection while writing the Reuters article and weren’t able to take 45 seconds to discover any history. Here is some of what they missed:

March 11, 1890 Congressman William Taulbee shot on the Capitol steps.

July 2, 1915 Eric Muenter attack the Senate building with dynamite.

March 1, 1954 five Congressmen were shot in the House of Representatives.

March 1, 1971 the Weather Underground bomb the House of Representatives. (this is the group who’s leader mentored Barak Obama).

November 7, 1983 the “Armed Resistance Unit” bombed the second floor of the Senate wing of the Capitol.

July 24, 1998 Russell Eugene Weston Jr kills two police officers in the Capitol building.

While there is scant eveidence of real journalism in corporate media; there does seem to be evidence of a coordinated plot to decieve the people.

Florida Commissioner Wants to “Color Code” Students

Kimberly Overman, a county commissioner from Hillsborough County, Florida wants to color-code school children whose parents opt-out of face masks.

The school board initially voted to require mask wearing in schools while also offering an opt-out choice for parents. The original announcement never included a notice to parents that opting out would result in your child being labled with a color code, arm band, star or any other scarlet letter insignia. Nor was the public informed that the measure would include the public label of “autharitarian bully” being placed on the parents for choosing the option offered to by Hillsbourough’s elected representatives to empower parents to excercise their fundamental parental rights.

Commissioner Overman is well-known in Tampa for not respecting fundamental rights and for not viewing herself as a representative but rather as a ruling monarch. A number of residents have been very vocal at the school board and at the commission meetings. Their activism resulted in the opt-out option. Clearly, the overlords in the Tampa area resent the input from county residents and parents and are now seeking a method of retaliation.

Alpine Teacher Gone

The residents of Lehi, Utah were paying Leah Kinyon to teach chemistry. That arrangement apparently ened on August 18th with the announcment that she is “no longer an employee of Alpine School District.” A viral video revealed on August 17th that Leah decided rather than teach chemistry like she was hired to do, she would spend taxpayer dollars sharing her political rants, threatening students and criticizing parents. She can now do all those things on her own time without her activities being subsidized by taxpayers.

The viral video brought exposure to her tax-funded, political activism. Parents and concerned residents then bombarded the local school district with complaints. Less than 48 hours later, she’s gone. This is what member of an engaged community can accomplish if they get active and involved. This is the kind of thing we teach in our activism bootcamp at Liberty First Society. It’s The Same But Different, Clarissa Ward

Clarissa Ward and the Ministry of Truth Minions (MTM), a.k.a fact checkers have done exhaustive research in order to rebut a dangerous meme before anyone gets the wrong idea. The meme is allegedley of Clarissa “before and after the fall of Kabul.” In the first photo Clarissa reports with her golden locks exposed and in the second with a burka-like headgear covering her propaganda-filled cranium.

While not addressing the question of whether Clarissa is inappropriately appropriating Taliban culture, the MTM suggested that the photos were not taken in the same places or in the same context. It is not clear what the MTM is attempting to convey, but Clarissa wants us to know that she is conducting business as usual.

Clarissa says she always wears a headscarf. In fact she says she wears it exactly as you see in the photo, only different.

We’re glad they cleared that one up. She awlays wears a headscarf just like this, only not quite like this. It’s the same, only different…sort of. Rest assured citizen, the MTM is on the scene. You are now safe from this potetially devasting bit of misinformation.

ACTION ALERT- Governor of TN Calls Up National Guard to Quarantine

Governor Lee of Tennessee has signed Executive Order 83 to Authorize National Guard to respond to the “health emergency.”

Although this Executive Order doesn’t specifically tell the National Guard to force quarantine people, it DOES set up the authority of the National Guard to do exactly that through the totality of the document.

Regardless of where you live, please help join us in contacting Governor Lee and requesting that he amend Executive Order 83 to reflect the duty of all in government to respect and protect the rights of the people. This Order could set the precedent for every Governor or WE could join together now and convince him to amend this Order now.

Dear Governor Lee,

I am writing to you regarding Executive Order 83, Order to Facilitate the Continued Response to COVID-19. I am very concerned about the wording and the complete absence of reference to the rights of the people and limits of authority as identified in the Constitution of the State of Tennessee. Whether intentional or accidental your Executive Order ostensibly creates an unlimited authority for the National Guard to enforce the involuntary relocation and quarantine of the people of Tennessee (see sections 8-18). Your Order also removes all recourse of the people to inspect the procedures and facilities created with this seemingly unlimited authority (see section 21).

I am writing to ask you to amend Executive Order to make clear your commitment to secure the Rights of the People in the face of any emergency. Among the sections of the TN Constitution that must be referenced in your amendment to Executive Order 83 are:

Article I
Section 7. That the people shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers and possessions, from unreasonable searches and seizures…
Section 8. That no man shall be taken or imprisoned, or disseized of his freehold, liberties or privileges, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner destroyed or deprived of his life, liberty or property, but by the judgment of his peers, or the law of the land.
Section 6. That the right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate…

Article XI section 16 of the TN Constitution establishes that the rights enshrined within the TN Declaration of Rights “shall never be violated on any pretense whatever.” That must include any real or perceived medical emergency. Section 16 continues to confirm this absolute by establishing that “everything in the bill of rights contained, is excepted out of the general powers of the government and shall forever remain inviolate.”

The solution to any crisis can never be allowed to displace the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the cornerstone of American government. The Constitution of TN was created to set certain lines that cannot be crossed by government, even in an emergency.

I am asking you to do the right thing and fulfill your oath to the people. I will thank you in advance for your decision to amend this Order and protect the rights of the people.

What can I do if a local business is still enforcing mask mandates?

We support private businesses possessing the private property right to establish the conditions they deem appropriate to enter their property. A private business right to NOT require masks is the same private business right to require a mask. As a customer, your power exists in your right to choose, as well. If you do not want to wear a mask, then choose to only support businesses that respect your right to choose to not wear a mask. Early morning on September 1, 1774, The Royal Governor Thomas Gage sent troops to seize hundreds of barrels of gun powder from people of Charlestown, Massachussettes. The whole people of the American Colonies were outraged and accused Governor Gage of “declaring war on the colonies of America.” As soon as the people became aware of Gage’s attack on the rights of the people, the American colonists jumped into action and began securing the rights of all the people.

–Over 20,000 armed colonists, aged 16 to 60, from every American colony, began to march their way to Boston.

–Just five days later, the militia of Worchester County took over their government from the rule of the King. Replacing all leaders appointed by the King with those selected by the people.

–That same day in Suffolk County, the people gathered together, issued a list of nineteen grievances against the British government, and then promptly took all control of the militia away from the Governor and vowed to have open arms training every single day.

–The First Continental Congress unanimously endorsed the Suffolk Grievances and encouraged all other colonies to send aid to those in Boston.

Why were the actions of one Governor upon one town met with swift unity of the American colonies for the rights of all? Because the American colonists were acutely aware of the fact that what happened in one town or city would set a precedent for force and oppression in EVERY town or city. They were swift and united to stop the spread of government overreach.

Fast forward to 2021… Washington DC Capitol Police have announced that they want to set up a “field office” in Tampa, FL. This is a very dangerous thing. This would put in Tampa a police force with absolutely no accountability to the people, the Sheriff, or Governor DeSantis. The Capitol Police could claim they are not bound by the Florida Constitution and deny the people of Florida their rights without any recourse.

If member of Congress truly feel the local Sheriff is so incompetant that they cannot rely on the Office of the Sheriff to secure their safety, then ONE OR TWO Capitol agents can be assigned for the infrequent visits of the member of Congress to their home district. There is absolutey NO NEED for an entire field office.

This is not a “field office.” This is a “beach head” (a defended position on a beach taken by landing forces, from which an attack can be launched). This will not stop with Tampa, FL. This is the first of many cities to be taken, without propert jurisdiction, by the Capitol Police. Americans must be united and swift.

Dear Governor DeSantis,

On January 29, 2021, US House Representatives visited a federal prison to ask questions about the detention of Americans under the Capitol Police authority. These US Representatives were DENIED access and ACCUSED of TRESPASSING on the very property they fund and over which they have direct oversight. These federal entities are actively denying the voice and control of the people through their representatives in Washington, DC.

This is the very abuse of authority we believe will be brought to the State of Florida if we allow the Capitol Police to set up an office in Tampa, Florida. Make no mistake, this is not a temporary presence as representatives of this agency have told multiple press outlets they anticipate engaging in “future investigations.” Is there a contract with the state that stipulates an exit date, compliance with the Florida Constitution, and submission to the authority of the Sheriff?

Florida should not allow this federal agency to operate in this State when they have proven they will circumvent the authority of our Sheriffs and our State Constitution. Florida should not accept the establishment of a federal office that will claim a superior power to the State within our State. Our people need you and your protection!

Article 1 section 8 clause 17 of the US Constitution establishes that the Federal government has no authority to establish any presence within the State without the express permission of the State.

You have the authority to deny this intrusion upon our State, our People, our Constitution.

The people must retain authority over all those who will enforce laws to prevent abuse of authority and enforcement of unconstitutional laws.

The Capitol Police are not elected or controlled by anyone chosen by the people of Florida!

2 USC 2 1661-1667 establishes that Capitol Police only have jurisdiction specific to Washington, DC or when they are actively protecting an elected federal official.

They have no jurisdiction without your permission!

Federal authorities cannot operate within our state without express permission. This is a Constitutional fact evidenced by the necessity of “Mutual Jurisdiction Agreements.” The FBI has no authority to extend jurisdiction in Florida to other agencies.

You Must withdraw any real or perceived permissions.

The existence of the Capitol Police under the auspices of the FBI in our State is a global statement that Florida Sheriffs and Peace Officers are incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs and our States are not Sovereign.

This is a slap in the face to our local Sheriffs & Peace officers. Please deny this authority and stand with our State and local officials.

I am asking you to defend the Florida Constitution and the Rights of every Floridian from this unconstitutional intrusion upon our right as a State to self-govern. Thank you for your time.
